Richard Trzaskoma

Richard made selling our 2 houses and finding our new house easy and enjoyable. He is a consummate professional.

Richard is great to work with. He listens to what the client wants rather than constantly trying to up sell you on what they like. I encourage you to work with Richard, he will help you find what you really want.

What an exceptional realtor!!! He helped us sell and buy our new forever home! From start to finish, Richard was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. He listened to our needs, offered honest advice, and was always just a phone call or text away. After closing, he even came by the new house to help install all our ceiling fans in the bedrooms!! We highly recommend Richard to anyone looking to buy or sell — you’ll be in excellent hands!!

Not only will I be using Richard's services again in the future, but would recommend him to friends and family in a heart beat. He was an excellent advisor and advocate. From the pre-listing meetings and planning to the moment we signed at closing we knew we were informed, and he was doing everything to ensure that the process went smoothly. Richard met or exceeded every expectation we had. He just Did Not Disappoint...

We had a great experience working with Rich. Not only is he professional, prompt and detail oriented, he is also fun and helps take the stress out of the process. I would highly recommend working with Rich and ERA Grizzard if you have the need!
