Outstanding experience

Selling a house experience with Richard’s help in one word… Outstanding! The delivery of the information was really very straightforward, he presented the information and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. Richard is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. His promptness, knowledge of the market, professionalism, kindness and good energy made a sale process simple.

Home sale review. Brookfield.

Richard was thorough and basically a Paperwork and detail Ninja throughout my experience with him. We had submitted multiple offers on other properties as the market competition was fierce. Working side by side looking at homes he has a very good eye for anticipating potential variables. All in all it was an A Plus experience.
