When my mother recently passed away, I was tasked with listing and selling her home in Vista. Living out of the area made it difficult for me to tend to the details of the sale. Listing the home with Richard King relieved me of a major portion of that problem. He was always available to not only meet realtors and prospective home buyers, but he also coordinated repairs, home improvements and inspections. This saved me a tremendous amount to time and stress. He was extremely helpful, always offering to give that “extra effort”. I highly recommend Richard to assist with your buying and selling real estate needs.

I came across Richard King on a facebook post asking for referrals and he was the most referred real estate on the thread, so I had high expectations also my husband and I have bought and sold several houses so we have been exposed to the home buying process several times. Needless to say Richard King far exceeded our expectations, very professional, extremely knowledgeable and more importantly he does really care about his customers and the process he is very involved and creative in assisting us get what we wanted. We sold our condo with his assistance and got top dollar not only that we felt he had our best interest at heart but at the same time was very fair and kept the buyers in mind. Extremely happy to have gone through this process with Richard assistance. He was so kind and nice but also firm when needed if at any time he felt like something was amiss he acted right away. Richard also assists finding/working with realtors in other states. After a very frustrating experience with a realtor in FL he offered to assist us getting a new Realtor, he was instrumental during our home buying process in FL again his experience and knowledge made all the difference in a tough market and after he came in the process with his expertise we finally were able to get our forever home in FL. I'm so grateful that we chose to work with Richard and look forward to working with him again in the future.

Without a doubt Richard was an awesome realtor and every sense of the word. He walked me through the entire process from the showing to the closing and recording of the property. Richard King is a superb real estate agent. I had a complicated sale in a probate case. Richard executed it flawlessly, FOUR times. That is, Richard had to sell the house four times before we finally got an escrow to close this week. The problems due to skittish buyers and heirs, no fault of Richard's. Each time, I believe we obtained optimal pricing relative to the market, sometimes through competitive bidding. Richard guided me expertly through the morass of negotiations, disclosures, and paperwork. Highly recommended.
