Richard King is a superb real estate agent. I had a complicated sale in a probate case. Richard executed it flawlessly, FOUR times. That is, Richard had to sell the house four times before we finally got an escrow to close this week. The problems due to skittish buyers and heirs, no fault of Richard's.
