About Richard

I am a resident of Hoover, Alabama and have been active in the real estate business for over 41 years. I have one son, Richard Thomas Hayes, a daughter-in-law, April Owens Hayes - both in The Clinical Lab Science profession, and one grandson, Peyton Tyler Hayes, who is a student at Spain Park and a member of the National Honor Society. I like football, yachts, and fishing on the Gulf Coast. I began my career in Mobile, AL and Gulf Shores, AL, but living and working in Hoover for 38 years as an active Real Estate Agent. I have awards in real estate including numerous MLS Club of Excellence Awards and others including 100% Club. Top Teams 4,5,6, and 7 in our region, Executive Club, Life Time Achievement, Club of Excellence, Platinum Award and recently a nominee for the Tom Rast President's Cup Award for 25 consecutive years of service to Association of Realtors and our community.
