What I loved most about working with Richard is that he took the time to truly listen to me when I shared my wants and needs in a new home. He was guided only by my input, not what he thought would be right for me, like some other agents I have spoken with in the past. Richard was extremely attentive and responsive, and he provided great counsel in putting forward the best offer I could within my comfort zone - ultimately leading to an accepted offer during a highly competitive time for buyers. I had the pleasure of working with Richard on 2 occasions—first buying a house and then selling that house and buying another. He was always available to go to showings (of which we went to many) at the last minute, and was constantly and diligently searching for the perfect house for us. When I sold my house, he walked me through the process and helped me to get the house on the market—that house sold on the same day as it was listed! Richard even went so far as to help me clean to get it ready for showing. I highly recommend him as a realtor, whether you are buying or selling.

He knew the market in our area, offered positive suggestions as to staging etc, put us in touch with people who could do some easy repair work before putting house on market and was with us throughout the entire selling process. He held 2 open houses which were well attended. He presented all offers to us and we were very happy with accepting an offer for full price.
