From our initial meeting to our final signing, everything was handled quickly and with care. I've always been very critical when it comes to "Customer Service" and let me tell you.... They do not disappoint! Richard and Melissa worked hard to develop our strategy and were very honest and helpful through the whole process. Melissa worked with us almost everyday to make sure we met timelines. (Great resource to bounce ideas off of also) Thanks for ALL your hard work Melissa!!! My wife and I have sold many homes in several states, but we've never dealt with a team like this or sold a home that quickly. I’m not great at writing reviews as I usually keep things very brief. Everything was amazing throughout the home selling and home buying process. An amazing team all around that really helps to get the job done when needed. We have used Richard twice now and we are very happy in our new home. I had the unfortunate experience of trying another realtor prior to the Berman Group. Our prior Realtor had terrible communication, went to Hawaii without telling us and was condescending and rude. After 4 months I gave up selling the condo and we decided we had to move before my job let me go (I was required to relocate). The week of our move, I met Richard. He seemed charismatic and he offered to sell our place; said he has great results with relists. I politely told him no, I am done with trying to sell for the time and we will call him later if we were interested. We relocated and a month or so later I gave him a call. ...Richard sold our place within 30days of having it listed! He maintained contact weekly to let us know of the progress; always answered any questions I or my wife had, and worked to keep us both REALISTICALLY up to date - no empty promises. He also advised us on actions to take and was completely transparent. Richard is one of the best Realtors I have ever worked with and his team was a pleasure. I cannot thank him and his team enough. I am so happy to have the place sold, and I have no clue how he managed to pull that off within 30days of listing. I cannot recommend him or his team enough!

Richard was great. We had a lot on our plate, with moving, the solar panels, prepping the place, burying the bodies, and all the paper work but Richard and his crew came in, held our hands, took care of everything and in no time our place was sold and mortgage paid. Richard is trustworthy and made the frightning experience totally easy.

Richard and his team took care of everything regarding the sale of an estate property. I did not have to find an estate sale company, cleaning company, or anything else. They had everything in-house and I did not need to lift a finger except to sign the contract. I would highly recommend Richard, Katie, and his team for anything real estate.
