Rich has been wonderful to our family! We purchased our first home with him via FaceTime! During our video call he made sure to check everything out as if he was buying the home for himself. (Which I found to be great!) He pointed out little details and made the whole experience easy and quick! When we couldn’t be here for our home inspection he was able to be and spent the time going over things that needed fixed with the home.
