Rich was amazing. Absolutely phenomenal to work with. Answers calls any time of the day. Makes you feel like you’re his ONLY client. When we were looking at buying pre built homes we could contact him and 90% of the time within a couple hours we were inside the house doing a walkthrough. If we weren’t it was because the house wasn’t available to be shown at that time. When we couldn’t find what we wanted and decided we were going to build a new home instead, Rich was right there with us during the whole process. He shows up, on time, to the inspections and talks us through it. He was an advocate for us when the builder was trying to screw us over. He has outstanding communication. He’s a great realtor and just an all around good person. I have sent no less than 5 of my friends his way and will continue to do so. I was lucky.
