About RICH

A Jacksonville, Florida resident since 2008, Rich Possert came to Northeast Florida by way of Japan, Virginia, California, and Illinois though serving in the U.S. Navy. Born and raised in the Northeast Ohio rust belt, he joined the Navy after graduating high school and after 23 years of service, he retired as a Chief Petty Officer here in Jacksonville. After retiring from the U.S. Navy, it was important for him to continue a life of service, so he decided to serve his community as a Realtor here in Northeast Florida. Since he started his career as a Realtor, he’s been among the highest producing agents at the brokerage level as well as the regional level, and was awarded Brokerage and Regional Rookie of the Year Awards. He was joined by his wife Kristy Possert, a Perry, FL native, who after over 20+ years in the HVAC business fulfilled her lifelong dream of becoming a Realtor. She brings a tenacious work ethic and a wealth of knowledge of the construction and HVAC industries, and like Rich, a family tradition of service in the Real Estate industry. The Golden Anchor Team was named to signify specific things to our customers. An anchor keeps a ship safely in harbor in rough seas. A ship is kept in place in that harbor not by the weight of that anchor, but the weight of the chain that connects it to it’s ship. We will be there for our customers through those potentially heavy seas, and we will work with our chain of support to ensure that we see your transaction through closing and beyond. Our rule of thumb is the Golden Rule. Treat everyone like you would like to be treated. We believe having a solid work ethic, unwavering integrity, and respect for others are keys to serving our family, our customers, and our community; so we live by that ethos. Communication and transparency are important to us; and giving you the service you deserve and should expect is our goal. We have a passion for serving, and we look forward to serving more and more families and their real estate needs for years to come! Our family and us love it here; we are raising two girls in Jacksonville, and we enjoy working with the exciting and diverse community that is growing here! We remain active in the Military and Veteran communities here in NE Florida.

Rich was amazing

Rich was amazing. Absolutely phenomenal to work with. Answers calls any time of the day. Makes you feel like you’re his ONLY client. When we were looking at buying pre built homes we could contact him and 90% of the time within a couple hours we were inside the house doing a walkthrough. If we weren’t it was because the house wasn’t available to be shown at that time. When we couldn’t find what we wanted and decided we were going to build a new home instead, Rich was right there with us during the whole process. He shows up, on time, to the inspections and talks us through it. He was an advocate for us when the builder was trying to screw us over. He has outstanding communication. He’s a great realtor and just an all around good person. I have sent no less than 5 of my friends his way and will continue to do so. I was lucky. As I introduced to rich by happen stance on a robo dialer from Realitor. But choosing Rich will be the best decision you can make when it comes to buying a house.

Great agent!!! Made the whole home purchase as easy as I've ever heard of! Super nice and friendly. Had a lot of Information for me I was previously unaware of though-out the whole process. Never had an issue getting in touch. Pointed out all good and bad during the search phase. Prior military, and seemed extremely organized. Can't say enough great things about him! HIGHEST recommendation!
