He also had a workbook full of data personalized for my home and area. He provided numerous ideas to add value to my home and offered several resources. Ricardo was upfront and open to the whole process. No hidden agenda/fees. I went through two different agents who could not sell my property. After I was over-bid on several other homes Ricardo had a previous client ask him to sell her townhouse and he contacted me to see if I was interested. I visited the house, was very interested and he worked with both of us to make sure that we were most happy with the terms. He guided us through the entire process and I was able to move-in about one month after that first visit.
