Selling a home is stressful. When we signed on with Ricardo, he said he would make the process the least stressful he could for us. And he was wonderful! He advised us through the whole process, took the time to show us comparable homes in the neighborhood in order to come to a good price. He helped us find contractors to do needed work on the house, and coordinated with them to do the work. He was present for the open houses. Ricardo was present. He didn't hand us off to another agent in the office. He was our point of contact and always available during the process. And we got an excellent price for our home. It really felt like a team effort working with him. I recommend him to anyone in the area who is selling/buying a home. He's a wonderful agent. It was a great experience working with him.
