Selling a home is stressful. When we signed on with Ricardo, he said he would make the process the least stressful he could for us. And he was wonderful! He advised us through the whole process, took the time to show us comparable homes in the neighborhood in order to come to a good price. He helped us find contractors to do needed work on the house, and coordinated with them to do the work. He was present for the open houses. Ricardo was present. He didn't hand us off to another agent in the office. He was our point of contact and always available during the process. And we got an excellent price for our home. It really felt like a team effort working with him. I recommend him to anyone in the area who is selling/buying a home. He's a wonderful agent. It was a great experience working with him.

My sister and I were referred to Ricardo by an aunt who also worked with him to purchase her house. From day one, Ricardo was very attentive, informative, accessible and willing to work with us despite being DACA recipients and first time home owners. He also speaks fluent Spanish. It took almost 2 yrs but we finally found a home and we are totally excited because it’s in the Bay Area near our jobs. Ricardo was always supportive, willing to go the extra mile and guide us throughout the whole home search and closing of the house.
