Simply put Rhonda is the best! Other than being flexible, professional and easy going, she is very technical. The bottom line she will get you a good deal. In our case she was on top of things from the get go, she had done her homework, she called the town found out about zoning laws, gas on street etc. etc. She can comp/appraise the place with great accuracy.
