Rhonda gave us tips on how to stage the house for sale. Other agents commented on how great the house looked and we believe that was do to Rhonda's decorating ideas. Rhonda also had a professional person come in and take pictures of the house. They came out amazing and really made it possible for people viewing the house to really see every angle. Lastly Rhonda was always will to talk to us and answer and questions or concerns we had. We can not say enough about her. I highly recommend her.

Rhonda Stone was a very nice person to deal with .she was very inspirational through the hard times of the mortgage process and had my back through the whole process .

Rhonda made timing the transaction of both the sale of our current home and purchase of our future home – which could have been very stressful, challenging and overwhelming – seem easy. Rhonda was extremely attentive, responsive and supportive throughout the entire process. She understood our goals and timeline. We would very highly recommend to anyone, looking to either sell, or purchase, or both, working with Rhonda. We had a great experience with her!

I am more than happy to recommend Rhonda Stone as a qualified Real Estate Broker. Rhonda is an extremely proactive sales professional with strong communication skills, informative and genuinely cares about her clients. I value our business alliance and look forward to another great year of business growth and success for us both. It was a pleasure working with you. Warm regards, Charlie G.

Rhonda Stone was a pleasure to work with. We were first time home buyers, and Rhonda made the experience seamless and not as nerve racking as expected. Rhonda comes highly recommended from us.

Rhonda is awesome to deal with, and she is extremely knowledgeable in the industry. Will definitely use her again on a future purchase.

Rhonda was wonderful to work with during my home buying process. She knows Boston incredibly well and made great recommendations about the areas I was looking in. She also learned quickly which features were most important to me and helped me narrow down my list of areas to look, so I wasn't wasting time. She was always available for all of my questions and even when she is on vacation she made sure someone is available for us to take care of any private showings or offers. She also made the purchasing process itself as easy as possible and helped us throughout with inspections, attorneys and all. I would happily work with Rhonda again and would highly recommend her to anyone!

If you are looking for the perfect home in a competitive real estate market, you want Rhonda Stone on your team. As a first time home buyer, I had an extensive list of "Must-Haves" with a rather limited budget - Rhonda worked diligently to understand my true goals in a house and then aggressively searched to find me the best options available. In under six months, Rhonda helped me close on the perfect place. I could not be more happy with my home and will recommend Rhonda to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Rhonda is truly a cut above the rest.

Rhonda was always available, early morning to late evenings and had a prompt answer to all our concerns. She's a very lovely person and it makes the process of selling/buying a less nerve wracking experience by constantly assuring that she's got our back. We'll gladly recommend her services to all our friends interested in selling/buying.

When I first contacted Rhonda (because of her outstanding reviews) I was impressed with her quick responsiveness. All through the process of buying a home, she was extremely accessible in person as well as by email or text. She had a remarkable knowledge of our targeted areas as well as market trends and she made sure she clearly understood my son’s interests and price range. As such, we never felt like we were being shown houses that were not a good fit. When we finally found the perfect home, Rhonda’s detailed advice on creating a winning offer did the trick. I strongly recommend Rhonda to prospective buys and sellers alike.

Rhonda made dealing with difficult sellers and agents look easy. Very responsive, very professional!
