So my house had a fire in it, and I received full payout from Insurance co. We then expected to sell the burnout for Roughly 175-200k under advice of professional appaisers, thats when Rhonda stepped in and made some calls to contractors and business associates and the next thing I new I had offers at 350k. So for a house that was worth 499 I ended up getting paid 790. Thanks Rhonda!!
