Rhonda was incredible. Whoever you are, she's got your back and has your best interest in mind. Not only that, but you'll definitely get an amazing friend by the end of the experience. My brother and I were first time home buyers and knew absolutely nothing about real estate. She took the time, even late at night, to have conversations to make us comfortable and informed with our decisions. We took it all the way to end and made our purchase. Couldnt be happier with what she got for us during the closing process too! Sociable, intelligent, and motivated, she's an awesome option for both first time and nth time home buyers. You really can't go wrong with having her involved at any stage of the real estate process.

Rhonda helped me purchase my new home in 2016. She was helpful throughout the process. The real estate market being hot last year, we were able to snag our house in a neighborhood that we had been eyeing for a long time but no new ones were coming into the market. Rhonda helped us finalize a new construction down immediately after we noticed it on MLS. She helped us through the construction process advising us and visiting the property at various stages of the build-out. She gave us tips on some of the details as we were first time buyers. She also linked me to my banker and lawyer for mortgage and for closing. Her excellent rapport with the selling agent helped us get quick answers and some vital upgrades which we really needed. Overall I was extremely satisfied with the service and promptness of Rhonda and will recommend her to everyone. The only hitch in the end was with the lawyer (Foy Law Office) who refused to acknowledge and provide certain services that he had committed to in writing! Although Rhonda tried to mediate I was not able to get the service I needed from the lawyer. As far as her services and commitment was concerned, I was extremely satisfied. She is a great person to work with and is committed to providing excellent service. I would recommend her services to everyone.
