We have used Rhonda over the years for several successful real estate transactions. When our brother lost his home in last year's Camp Fire in Paradise, we contacted Rhonda. Even though she had suffered considerable loss as well, and was very busy with many clients in the same situation, Rhonda offered immediate assistance to us. She thoroughly discussed our options, and helped us decide on which areas to begin our search for a new home. When we found a listing that interested us, she thoroughly answered all our questions, made recommendations, and continued to advise us. We had the good fortune to find Rhonda as buyers, and then we chose her again as sellers. That says a lot! She has tremendous skills and talents that serve both kinds of clients. When something looked iffy in a house we were looking at, she had no problem getting onto her knees to peek to see what was going on. Not all agents would do that! Like any agent, she has inspectors she can call on, but unlike any agent we’ve known, she offers choices based on what you want to know and how you want that information provided. When the right house is found, she is very smart with contracts, negotiations and details. We really felt like she had our best interests always in mind. As a seller’s agent, she is savvy on pricing, timing and staging for the best outcome. She knows just about everybody in the area and markets effectively. She summarizes offers and points out important details. In both the buying and the selling, she was incredibly thoughtful, fun and insightful.
