I had very specific criteria for my next home and was not going to settle for less. I had found a few properties that were close and 1 that seemed perfect. When we went to see the perfect property with Rhonda she not only knew about the land, vegetation, and the house itself, but she knew about how life would be at the location during the different seasons. She was honest and hit me with some realities I hadn't thought of and didn't want to hear lol. She had found a property that fit the bill and was more conducive to the life I had pictured in my head. I reluctantly went with her to look at it and it was love at first site. Rhonda then not only helped me buy the house of my dreams, on the property of my dreams, FOR LESS THAN MY BUDGET, but she wrestled with the sellers to get some repairs done that were necessary for my loan and insurance. She was easy to contact, got things done immediately, knows what to do when things don't go to plan, and has extensive knowledge of her area. As to Rhonda herself, she is so delightful to work with; very friendly, down to earth, easy to talk to, and just a happy person. One thousand out of 10 lol highly recommend.
