Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task.. Rhonda was very professional as well as personal…my stresses were high as (all) my criteria needed to be met. In searching for a home, Rhonda is incredibly knowledge about the Butte County area (Chico, Paradise and Magalia included) and was surprisingly knowledgeable about the home structures themselves.
