Rhonda is the first and only realtor that I've worked with and she absolutely set the standard for me. After moving to Colorado in late 2020 I knew I wanted to buy land to build a home. Rhonda Haglund was our realtor for our first home purchase, we interviewed Rhonda over a coffee to ger her knowledge base and experience in the market. We knew going into buying in the summer of 2021 it would be difficult for a 1st timer, considering inventory & competitive market in the greater Denver area. We closed on our first home a few months later-and ultimately purchased in our desired neighborhood. Without Rhonda’s continued push towards at the end of the summer months I imagine any other agent would have convinced us to look at other areas, or types of housing (townhome or Condos) and not continued to put in offers where we were not as competitive as others. Our house did come and the right time and in our desired neighborhood! She has continued to help us with referrals in the industry and has checked in to see our progress on our new home.
