Rhett says he got into real estate in 2016 because "I like to help people and their communities and helping my clients buy or sell a home is a great way to do that. It's a win-win. Owning a home is one of the best ways to build equity and financial stability. Buying and selling houses can be an overwhelming process, even for those that have done it before because real estate is always evolving. I help my clients by staying educated and up-to-date with current issues and developments to help them navigate the process smoothly and easily. That, and I answer when you call.".
Rhett commits himself to understanding his clients wants and needs and he is continually educating himself to stay ahead of the changing market conditions to deliver the highest level of service possible to his clients. To that end, Rhett has earned the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), NAR's Green, ePRO Online Marketing Expert, Certified Staging Advocate (CSA), Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) and the At Home With Diversity (AHWD) certifications.
Rhett is also a member of the National Association of REALTORS® (NAR), Massachusetts Association of REALTORS® (MAR), New Hampshire Association of REALTORS® (NHAR), Greater Boston Association of REALTORS® (GBAR) and the Seacoast Board of REALTORS® (SBR).
