We worked with Renee in Summer 2020 with the intention of buying a house closer to our daughter. Renee was efficient in showing us homes that fit our needs and budget. It was 34 days from the day we accepted a bid until the day we closed on the sale at a price that was more than $10,000 than our asking price.
