Renee Williams

We have been long time friends with Renee and we are very glad we had her as our realtor. Our home was in a difficult neighborhood. Renee was very patient. In due time we got our sale. We were hoping for more but the neighbors kept us from getting a higher price unfortunately.

Renee represented our family in the sale of our mother’s home, after her passing. It was a difficult process, for obvious reasons, and Renee was both understanding and supportive of us, and an excellent advocate for our interests. We met through a few layers of recommendation, and feel very grateful that we were able to work with her. Where do I begin to describe what a wonderful experience I had with Renee Williams? From the moment I contacted her to closing date and beyond, she was always upbeat and positive with a high level of honesty, competency, professionalism and integrity. I never sold a house before and I was also out of state so everything had to be done remotely. I was selling the house for my mother. It had been very neglected and in need of a lot of dejunking, cleaning, and many repairs. Renee was my hands and feet. She had an incredible network of home cleaners, contractors, estate sales companies, home owners insurance companies, flooring companies, etc. It was obvious that she had a good repore with them as they spoke very highly of her whenever I would contact them. Once I contacted them, she would oversee their work, etc. which was invaluable to me since I could not be there. I had a limited budget and she gave me solid advice on what improvements were necessary and those that could wait, which proved to me that she knew our market well. Always within quick reach by text, phone or email, she patiently guided me through the necessary home improvements and final sale. The house wasn’t a mansion, and Renee’s commission wouldn’t big, but she gave me such amazing service. I always felt that I was more than a client or a number to her. She said that her greatest joy was seeing both parties, the seller and the buyer, feeling satisfied and happy. When things were sometimes discouraging, she always had an encouraging word and reminded me that my house had value and someone would love it. And sure enough they did! Renee did her research, discussed it with me, and together we agreed on a selling price. The house sold within two days of being listed for full asking price. Renee was more than a real estate agent to me, she became a wonderful friend and I would wholeheartedly work with her again in the future.
