Well 2020 was not completely a disappointment for me. Back in February I reached out to Renée and told her I am thinking of buying but I had several questions before making up my mind. Renée contacted me the following day and answered my questions and also set me up with a lender that she highly recommended. Once I was pre-approved, (four days later) Renée took me around to look at homes. Most of these homes were being listed for only a few days. In March I decided to look into new construction and Renée quickly jumped on the process. We put an offer on a home and within 16 hours she got back to me stating the seller accepted the offer. At this time Washington was just being shut down, I was put on furlough. (crazy, scary time to buy a home) During the shutdown lots of paperwork was needed to be signed and returned but I had no resources such as a printer or a fax machine to complete some of these documents. I reached out to Renée and she offered to meet me with such documents for me to sign and she faxed for me. Finally, August 19, 2020 Renée handed me keys to my new home! Renée went above and beyond to help me through this process. She was quick with recomdations, helping me better understand the language on the documents, helping me complete the documents with signatures in a timely fashion and she was all around positive and energetic during the whole process. Renee was great. She really combines a lot of excellent qualities - she is very knowledgeable, she is obviously highly experienced, very professional, and quite nice. It was easy to get a strong rapport with her and have an excellent, open line of communication. All this was critical for us because we had to sell my father's home located in Skagit, with us located in Burien. She did an amazing job working through the whole sale process - including working through inspector issues and handling them pragmatically and effectively. We had a great experience with Renee.
