Renee learned all about us and what we were looking for. She found several amazing houses for us and some that were a little outside of what one might think we would like, but that we found charming. Renee is friendly, charming, and a real professional. Not only was she so great to work with, I found her insights and tenacity in the offer process invaluable. The first home we bid on did not work out but Renee did everything possible including some clever negotiations. The second house we bid on was the one, but the process was long and tedious due to site improvements that needed to happen and took a couple of months. I highly recommend Renee to anyone! I feel like she is the first friend we made in Island County!

My husband and I used Renee for most of 2021 to find a home. From the beginning Renee was responsive to what we were looking for, and 100% flexible when we changed our path on what we wanted in a home many times. We started our search looking for land to buy a home on, and I was extremely thankful for Renee’s knowledge on buying land and how it all works for building a home on land… we learned a lot from her. After many viewings of land, we decided it would be best for us to find a home already built for now. Finding a home in such a crazy market felt like a bad idea most of the time, but Renee assured us we would find the one that fit for us and our budget. I remember feeling really bad and discouraged by the amount of homes Renee had to show us, because at times we’d pull up to the driveway and not even go inside because of the neighborhood. I felt like I was wasting her time, energy and gas. Renee assured us this was all apart of finding the perfect home, and that we’d move onto the next one. Her energy and positivity kept us going to those next homes. In these moments I knew Renee was not in this for herself, she was in this for the client regardless of what it took. THIS is what makes me recommend Renee, and her passion and sense of humor for her clients and finding their dream home. 10/10 I’d recommend Renee for anyone.
