Overall Renee is VERY professional. I didn’t have many questions because she was WONDERFUL about explaining things to me and PROACTIVEly shared updates. When I did have questions, Renee was EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE to every email, call, and text. I appreciated that she was REALISTIC about timelines and the list price. She’s always upbeat and cheerful. My old house needed a bit of work and Renee gave me names of various contractors. For the bigger projects I usually got one other bid, but her recommendations always panned out and that saved me a lot of stress. Renee had so much great advice related to getting the house ready for sale and determining the best list price. Once the house was listed she had really thoughtful comments related to the offers that came in and her years of experience were a huge advantage when a snag popped up in the middle of the sale. Renee’s cheerful but professional attitude was also extremely helpful to me when I started to become impatient when a fabulous offer didn’t come during the first month. It’s easy to see why Renee has earned so many awards!!!
