All her advice (to me as a buyer and a seller) has been priceless and spot on - my house just sold in ONE DAY at the full list price :) In addition to the normal photos of the home (which were fabulous!!), Renee included aerial shots of my home/lot and the whole neighborhood. The listing also included extras such as a floorplan and a video tour of the home. I originally found Renee by searching for "award winning agents" and from the beginning I could see why she has earned those awards!!!

Renee helped navigate me through a difficult probate process. The condo in Lynnwood I needed to sell was in VERY rough shape and needed to sell ASAP. Renee helped me come up with a plan as to what to fix and what not to for maximum profitability, and referred me to great contractors. She also knew exactly when to have the condo hit the market for the most success. We listed at the time she suggested and sold for $15k over asking price less than 24 hours after listing! Renee is one of the hardest working people Ive ever met. Renee worked with me when I first started to research moving back to the area from out of state. Renee listened to my list of needs and wishes and was careful to look for and screen out homes that did not meet the needs and was attentive to look for homes that also met the wish list. Once I did agree to the relocation, Renee was already knowledgeable of my wants and has been very helpful in showing homes that she had helped us find as well as working with us on homes we asked to see even though they did not meet the original need and wish list. When we did find a home we liked, Renee dutifully worked to help us negotiate a reasonable deal. Renee has also assisted with references to contractors and other service providers for work we looking to have done to the house. I would use Renee again. I am very happy with the work and follow up she provided. Where some agents were not as willing to spend time working with us when we were 'just looking', before choosing to relocate Renee stepped up and was willing.
