Renee was incredible in our search for a new home. She was extremely patient helping us look at lovely home after lovely home that just didn’t feel like “the one”. When we finally did find it she advised us on what we needed to have a strong offer and we were thrilled when it was accepted! We were so glad to have Renee’s expertise, support and guidance through this milestone life event. Renee also helped us sell our home. She helped us get connected with different professionals who could take care of tasks need to get the house on the market. Renee was very mindful on pricing our home appropriately and the timing of listing to help sell our home quickly. We were so happy to have multiple offers to choose from and in the end we were offered what our home appraised for so both us and the buyers were satisfied.

Renee is incredible. She was very responsive and really helped us through the process of buying our first home. Renee was beyond fantastic in our search for a new home! Renee's diligence with finding a home for our exact needs was beyond reproach. I came across Renee incidentally at an open house and after conversing for a short time knew that she was the right person to help find a new home. Hard work, process expertise, negotiation skills, and local knowledge do not give Renee justice to her overall evaluation. She worked very hard to find places that met our very strict criteria and could filter through places she knew we would either like/didn't like and I 100% agreed with all her evaluations. The current home I live I owe to Renee for finding. Renee is in contact with an extensive list of local realtors and the home we live in now was an off-market find that we would not be living in if not for Renee. I will recommend / have already recommended Renee's services to others! SHE IS GREAT!
