Regina Jones

Regina is a great person to work with. Very caring and efficient. Regina goes above and beyond with her clients. Very professional. I have enjoyed and will continue to enjoy working with her. Thank you, Regina.

I would emphatically recommend Regina as a realtor! Her thoroughness with presenting home/comparables and her advice during negotiations is sound and well-thought out. Regina was a great communicator throughout our home buying process which helps when you have a lot questions or concerns.

Regina was an excellent representative for Carpenter. Easy to talk to, and even better to listen to. Regina listened to our input, provided advice that had the ring of truth, and kept in contact through the entire process. We were anxious to get the house on the market, but we were slow to respond to Regina’s requests that would have sped up the process. Once the house went on the market, the positive response and Regina’s calm and advice made the process short, and happy results for both buyer and seller. This should be enough to demonstrate Regina’ expertise. At the same we need to acknowledge that Carpenter was prompt and professional in supporting the closing.
