This is a question that leads my business everyday. I am very lucky to be doing what I love for a living. Real estate has always been a passion of mine and I love working with sellers and buyers through all the different points in their home adventure. I have practiced in North Carolina, Washington State, and Colorado. Practicing real estate in all three states has given me a distinct eye for the market and home values in our area. I also own a Home Staging Company, Luvly Home Staging, where we help sellers earn more money for their home by showing their homes full potential. My listing clients are able to receive that benefit as well as a cutting edge marketing program that is both online and offline. My buyers can enjoy the fact that they not only have myself to help them find their dream home and expertly negotiate for them, but also our team of professionals that are there to support them through the entire process.
