We had issues with mortgage broker and offered us an alternate broker that also shared her quick response. Negotiation process had its hiccups but Rebecca was on top of it. I highly recommend Rebecca Nedelka as a realtor! She was extremely patient and was there to answer the many questions I had as a first time home buyer. She taught me to look for things that I would have never thought of, which helped in the home buying process.
