Rebecca went above and beyond anything I could have ever imagined. She kept us informed as soon as she knew any updates. We had issues with mortgage broker and offered us an alternate broker that also shared her quick response. Negotiation process had its hiccups but Rebecca was on top of it. She had motions in place before we could even ask her about it. The whole process with her was not as stressful as we thought it would be. Becky came into very first appointment very knowledgeable about the area. She had a complete printouts of comps, and other information all placed neatly in a folder for me. She came in with a price above what I expected to list at, and went above and beyond to help me achieve every penny. She helped make a sad situation ( death of a friend) so much easier on me.
