I have NEVER met anyone in the Real Estate Profession like REBECCA LAYNE going the EXTRA MILE. Carolyn and I met ( AKA ) BECCA. She had an OPEN HOUSE in the same subdivision that we renting. We automatically were drawn to REBECCA. The home she was showing was not a good fit. Then we called her within a couple of weeks. Carolyn told her can you help us find a home for us. Rebecca for several months showed us homes. Nearly every subdivision in TRADITION as well as in VERONA and the VILLAGES. I was really wondering if Rebecca was going to give up on us. WELL not Rebecca !!!! We were starting to run out of time. To decide to buy what was next on the list or rent the same villa for another. I was getting antsy about what to do. Rebecca showed us a home that was smaller than the one we were renting. This home had a pool and a lakeside view. We left thinking that were going to stay in our villa. The week after Rebecca called. She I have one more listing. We went take a look. This house was on the same street the last home we saw. We walked into the home it was PERFECT! The thing that got my attention was on the kitchen counter. I noticed a cookbook that said on the front: THE TEXAS BIBLE COOKBOOK. Being I am from TEXAS. Rebecca and Carolyn saw me hugging the TEXAS BIBLE COOKBOOK. I said this is our home. Rebecca NEVER gave up. I am sure we wore Rebecca out. THANK YOU Rebecca GOING THE EXTRA MILE or MILES.

Becca is an amazing realtor. We used her 12 years ago when we moved from Pennsylvania to Florida to help find homes for my parents as well as my sister and her family in Tradition. We have once again used her in assisting finding another home for my parents as well as buying a home for myself. Becca makes herself available anytime u r in need of something. Her wealth of knowledge is never ending when it comes to the housing market and real estate in general. She is conscientious, dedicated, supportive, walks you through everything every step of the way. We are so lucky to have met her and to have a lasting friend as well!

Rebecca, has worked with us on a number of home purchases, she is an excellent communicator and always has her clients best interest. She handled the purchase and sale of properties for us and also found Tenants for our rental properties.

Rebecca has been aware of our interest in selling our rental property for the last couple of years. She called us at the perfect time to tell us about the market conditions at PGA Verano and tell us about a recent sale of a comparable home that would be advantageous in our getting a good price for our home. She suggested "advertising" it in MLS as coming up for sale and to hold an open house. Thanks to her awareness of potential buyers, we were able to sell our rental property before officially listing it in MLS. The entire sale process went very smoothly and included a few negotiations because of a couple of small issues identified during the inspection. All in all, Rebecca was excellent to work with, both in finding renters for the last 6 years and in finding a buyer. I would highly recommend her - you can work with her with very high confidence.
