Rebecca Condeluci

Rebecca is an absolute angel who will do anything in her power to make the home buying process as simple as possible for her clients. She is quick to reply, especially for urgent matters. She is responsive and stays in touch with her clients. She made everything so much easier for us as first time homebuyers. I highly, highly recommend her. Not only did she help us find our dream home in literally a matter of days, but she stayed in touch afterwards, offering assistance with finding handymen for repairs and making sure we were getting settled in okay. She generously gave us a housewarming gift of tools we can use to assemble things and get our house in order. I cannot rave enough about Rebecca, I recommend her to everyone!

When I met with Rebecca she was prepared to do business She was concerned and understood my situation. We went through the complete house and she gave me me suggestions and pointers that were helpful in getting a good offer and a quick sale She had plenty of pictures taken and wrote up a very good summary, including the benefits and advantages of my home and neighborhood

We used Rebecca to buy our home 5 years ago and just recently sell this year. She has always provided us with wonderful service. She is always available to answer any questions. We even had feedback from the other realtor about what a pleasure she is to work with.

Mrs Condeluci sold our condo. She was always proactive in helping us have the unit ready for showings. When the property didn't sell , she arranged to have it painted for a reasonable cost. I think it a difference in our selling it.
