Scott is very personable - I liked him right away. I was looking for investment property. He answered all my questions satisfactorily and he took additional time to let me know the pitfalls in these type projects, what to expect in dealing with 'bidding' process, etc. - he sincerely wanted to make sure I understood everything. During the hunt for properties he was very honest on his opinion of the market in that area and helping me run the numbers as to how that could effect my project outcome He was also very honest if he thought the house was not worth buying. Over the months he helped me to submit bids on several properties which sadly we were not the highest. Finally I found a property that was perfect for me but it was a HUD property that he doesn't normally deal with so he hooked me up with the realtor in his office who handled these type homes. I thought this was extremely considerate that he would sacrifice a commission to take care of my needs first. I did win the bid on my perfect first property and will be closing on it soon. Scott has been very kind and responsive to my needs. I have known him for two years during which I was looking for a downtown orlando condo with lake eola view. He showed me many condos over the last two years until recently I found the one I am looking for. He was always on time very cordial and I felt he cared about me and what I was looking for. He was always available. The people he works with are excellent including the condo inspector and recently he introduced me to an excellent contractor to work on the condo.

Scott Garrison has a high ranking on this site for sold homes near this one, so called and hired him to sell my Investment home I bought a few months ago. I was sure I’d sell it for more than what he told me it would sell for as a flip it sold for within a few thousand of what he predicted and I still made money. He is good to hire to sell a home if you want him to handle every detail for you, he kept saying “just let me do it for you” and he DID do it good. All I needed to do was sign the papers, he handles everything and makes me making money as an investor easy.
