We short sold 2 properties in Florida with Scott Garrison. He sat down with us and walked us through each step of the way prior to us committing on anything. Scott is very professional and knowledgeable about his work. He has the attitude of making each client feel that they do not have to worry about not selling the house he is working on. Scott takes plenty of pictures and advertises the house on multiple sites. He was able to sell my rental in 10 days after putting on the market. Had multiple showings of over 60 people looking at the house in 10 days. Even while I was out of the country for three weeks he was still making sure all paper work was taken care of when I had another offer on my rehab house. We met Scott Garrison 10 years ago- he personally owned (an investor)as a place to sell the Mobile home my Husband and I bought from him and we fix it up and lived there many years.
