I have seen Scott Garrison in action over the past many months and wanted to take a second to HIGHLY Recommend him whether you need to buy or sell a home here in Central Florida. He's super organized, keeps track of everything and is honest and dependable. He'll tells me what I need to hear, even if I don't want to hear it right then. If he says you will need to offer over full price on a home to win against competing bids, you can believe him that you will need to do that. When he tells you what he thinks a home is worth, that is probably the right price. And I've seen him sell a few homes quickly for MORE than Market Value several times! He's been doing this since he was very young, I think it's the only job he's ever had. He has a good team- a great lender he can recommend that you can trust… that I like too, and a good home inspector. He has a small team and gives one-on-one personal service, you really get HIM not some assistant. He is the one who answers the phone. If you want a Realtor who is a real person, someone you can trust to get the job done, he would be the one I call again!

Bought a Rental property in Orlando as an investment a year ago, having met Scott online when he was the Listing office (and also represented us in the purchase). In the past year, Zillow's Zestimate tells us we have make $43,000 on our $79,000 initial investment in 12 Months. As experienced investors, we could recognize right away Scott knew what he was doing with Investment properties. Scott sold my Home in Park Manor in East Orlando in 2007 when the market was starting its downward turn.
