He knows a lot of detailed information about Real Estate- he helped me put together a Florida Land Trust and a special Mortgage when I did some Owner Financing on some Vacant Land I owned that kept my name out of the Public Records- nice! He know a lot about Sales, marketing, computers, organization, Real Estate, negotiation. Tons of Energy and he is always doing something. It's best to just give him something to do and then get out of the way and let him take care of it for you. What more could you ask for?

Scott assisted the sale by getting directly in contact with both me and the buyer and he helped them with all contracts including closing contracts and he had it done very professionally. I'm an out of state investor, first he sold a difficult piece of Vacant land for me for cash in about 6-7 days when I though it would take a year, this time he just sold a rental for near Maitland Center and I-4. In the end he Sold it THREE times in 39 total days- we had over 7 offers during that time, including some crazy ones from less-experienced Realtors & Buyers Scott recommended I move away from. He just kept going and going until we got a normal buyer with a normal transaction, and that in the end we managed to dodge numerous potential EXPENSIVE issues and get a good price for the property.
