I recently meet Scott Garrison after searching for a property here online. We had a meeting and I outlined the investment properties that met my criteria. Shortly afterward Scott Garrison found the perfect property and we submitted an offer and subsequently was awarded the bid and now are scheduled to closed in two weeks. Scott Garrison was always punctual, returned calls or emails quickly, expressed vast knowledge of the market and his profession and is always cheerful and respectful to my needs. He is my favorite real estate agent by far and I highly recommend him to those buying or selling.

I've seen Realtor Scott Garrison at work for over 2 and a half decades, and he's always done a Fantastic job for me, and the people I refer him to. I have seen him be great even with his other clients who are acting erratic; he seems to be the calming influence in the mix. He's helped me sell some difficult to sell Vacant Land and a home in East Orlando on an Acre of Land. On that one, he followed up on important details that came up many years after the sale, long past the time where he would earn a commission and he did even more than I could ask to make a resolution easy. Years ago, I bought my first Orlando Home with him and when it came to get rid of it he definitely helped me get the very MOST MONEY out of it. He seems to be good a sticking to his guns, no matter how long it takes, until he gets for his clients what they want in the end. He seems to treat every transaction for others as if it was his own, never letting an issue or a detail slide. If you want an experienced, veteran agent who will give you opinions worth having and get you the result you think you deserve, you should call him to help you buy or sell or get a rental property for sure!

I was searching for an investment property here online, my favorite real estate website. I found a property that interested me and through here online I met Realtor Scott Garrison. Scott Garrison dropped what he was doing and immediately showed me the house, as time was of the essence on this property. By the end of the day, Scott Garrison had our contract submitted and shortly thereafter we had a signed contract. His follow-up and communication were excellent, whether by phone, e-mail, or text, whatever it took. Thanks to Scott Garrison , inspections were a snap. I have used many realtors in the past, but Scott Garrison is tops. He was easy to communicate with and always answered my questions or concerns. His years of experience is a bonus as he definitely knows what he is doing. This was my first experience with electronic signatures, which was a breeze with Scott Garrison's guidance. Scott Garrison delivered on everything with enthusiasm and integrity, and results! I can't imagine ever using another realtor again.

I saw all the positive reviews of Scott Garrison on this site, and agree with most of them that he’s a keeper. He’s kind of funny on the phone- very direct - and tells me all the things I don’t really want to hear but need to like how I’ll need to offer OVER full price on these homes or I won’t get my contract accepted by the seller. He was right- I offered less twice and didn’t get the places, so we are still working together. It’s been so long we’ve been working together I decided to give him a good review before I actually buy. If you are reading the reviews like I did and wondering, you should call him and ask him to help you if you are unhappy with your old Realtor like I was.

Scott Garrison is the best realtor in central FL we met Scott Garrison here online while searching for properties to buy in the Orlando area Scott Garrison quickly responded to my email and spend several hours after that on the phone with us searching for the right house. We are relocating from Ma and once we arrived to Fl this realtor made himself available to us for the entire time we were there and we were not to familiar with the Orlando area and Scott Garrison as he drove us around looking at the houses he gave us a good amount of information on Orlando's history this was incredibly helpful. With Scott Garrison by your side you know that you're getting the best house for price. Can't thank him enough.

I've been dealing with Scott for 25+years. He has helped me buy and sell several properties in the Orlando/ Geneva area including vacant land. I have dealt with other realtors out of the area and it is like night and day. From the moment you explain to Scott what you are looking for, he takes over and makes everything simple. He loves what he does and it shows. Best realtor I've ever done business with by far.

I've used Scott Garrison's services to purchase two rental properties, one in 2012, and another in 2013. I've found Scott to be extremely thorough and detail-oriented. He stays on top of the entire process, from the initial offer to the closing, and makes sure there are no errors on the HUD, etc., and reminds the buyer of things they may need to take care of before closing, and always maintains good communication with the buyer. Scott is also experienced with short sales and knows how to make them happen, while at the same time not sugarcoating the length of time it takes to bring one to fruition. I would definitely recommend Scott to other buyers/sellers here in Central Florida.

I have both purchased and sold homes through Scott and he is the most informative and thorough real estate agent I have ever worked with. I never had to call him to ask what was going on with the property because he was always 5 steps ahead of me at all times. Scott is high in demand but still makes you feel as though you are his top priority. I would strongly recommend Scott to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

I am an investor in Orlando real estate, mostly in West Orlando bought a home to fix up and flip and called Scott Garrison to get it sold for me. He did a great job- we had over 5 offers in a few days and then the offer we chose didn't work out, he put it back on for sale right away and got another couple of over full price offers. We almost accepted one for over full price when another one came in last minute for even more money and Scott got that one thru. On his end, he couldn't have made it any easier for me to sell my home for WAY over market value, over asking price, fast several times in fact. I'd call him again for sure to get these kind of results!

Scott helped me and my wife to do two short sales of a home and a vacant lot. He was professional and efficient in each case. I highly recommend Scott Garrison for everyone who needs a real estate expert.

I have purchased four different properties thru Scott Garrison and can recommend him highly for whatever you may need in the Real Estate area.. He is an unusually competent and friendy realtor and it's always a pleasure to work with him.. I was interested in a particular Avalon Condo in Orlando but couldn't find the owner or any sales information on it until I contacted Mr. Garrison and he knew how to get the information. I now the owner of this Condo.
