Although my own mother is a real estate agent, it needs to be said that I believe Re Monteith is absolutely the BEST REAL ESTATE AGENT in the state of Florida! Re Monteith is a consummate professional who works hard, puts her clients' interests first, and is exceedingly trustworthy real estate agent. For nearly eight months, Re was consistently showing my wife and I potential first homes in a strong post-covid-19 sellers market. The entire time she fielded our round-the-clock questions, and was highly communicative. She leveraged her experience and contacts in the Tampa Bay area to make showings, inspections, and closings happen. Re's robust connections in the Tampa Bay area made it so much easier to procure inspections, mortgages offers, cleaners, and even repairmen for our first ever home! Re is unique among real estate agents as she has built and sold homes in the past. Most notably, despite the fact that her compensation was purely commission based as a buyer's agent, she talked my wife and I out of numerous bad houses over an eight months period. She was critical in spotting which homes were attractive money pits and which homes had real potential to be our first home. In other words, Re always put her clients' interests first! She even let my wife and I borrow her carpet cleaner before we moved so our first night living in our new home was a clean one! Re sold my mom’s home in Florida. Mom now resides in Alabama making it a long distance sale. She was not only our realtor but helped with our hiring people that she knew to get it prepared and also helped oversee it.
