He helped in a lot of ways including challenging an under appraisal for the condo I sold. That saved me a lot of money. Though I haven’t had many experiences with different agents, Ray couldn’t have been a better agent for this huge transition in my life. He was above reasonable when it came to responses, provided valuable input and was able to be very quick and efficient with not only scheduling but also the dreaded paperwork! He often says that the fulfillment that he gets from Real Estate is his relationships with other people, and this was evident from start to finish.
