Ray Williams was on top of his game. He made looking for a house fun he was real big on keeping a good relationship with his people always checking in seeing if they needed anything. He was very knowledgeable when we were looking at houses and if he didn’t know the answer to something he made sure to find the answer. If I was to buy a house again I would definitely use Ray he’s the man.

He even stayed on site while experts reviewed the roof, HVAC, plumbing, etc., and assured me these systems were sound and had plenty of lifespan left. When you let Ray help you, you let his network help, too. Seriously, you’re a fool if you don’t let Ray Williams help you.
Ray was the absolute best realtor you could hope for. He drove all over Knoxville and the surrounding area. We were relocating from the Chattanooga area to Knoxville and my husband works out of town and we don’t always know when he’ll be home so planning to look at houses was a challenge. Ray Williams is a great Realtor - he knows the Knoxville area and was very helpful while helping us find are new home. He was always willing to make appointments to see newly listed houses, even on very short notice. The day we found our home he was willing to work late into the night to make sure our offer got to the sellers. He has also helped us, since we found and bought our new home, find other people and services that were needed while settling into our home.
