Ray Williams was right beside me every step of the way. He is a wealth of knowledge who always knocked it out of the park in every aspect of the home buying experience. Always quick to respond, and with patience, he guided me through several houses before I found the perfect home. At my request he put me in contact with everyone I needed to purchase a home from financing to home inspections etc... I would recommend Ray to anyone looking at a doing anything with real estate!

Ray Williams was on top of his game. He made looking for a house fun he was real big on keeping a good relationship with his people always checking in seeing if they needed anything. He was very knowledgeable when we were looking at houses and if he didn’t know the answer to something he made sure to find the answer. If I was to buy a house again I would definitely use Ray he’s the man.

Ray was able to help me get 15% more than what I thought my land was worth. Then, when we moved to the purchase transaction, Ray called on his trusted to address inspection concerns. He even stayed on site while experts reviewed the roof, HVAC, plumbing, etc., and assured me these systems were sound and had plenty of lifespan left. When you let Ray help you, you let his network help, too. Seriously, you’re a fool if you don’t let Ray Williams help you.

Ray was the absolute best realtor you could hope for. He drove all over Knoxville and the surrounding area. We were relocating from the Chattanooga area to Knoxville and my husband works out of town and we don’t always know when he’ll be home so planning to look at houses was a challenge. Ray always found a way to accommodate our schedule. Ray was great at communicating with us even if it was just to touch base. I highly recommend working with Ray.
