Matt Rawlins was a phenomenal agent helping us through a challenging transition for my husband and me. We recently sold our home of 17 years in the Lake Norman area outside The Point and Matt was so professional and guided us through the process from start to closing! He helped us prepare the house to list with punch list items and made us feel as comfortable as could be with everything.
