Rashad helped me buy a property in Plantation, he was very knowledgeable and thorough. I must have visited around 25 properties with him in person and hundreds over chat, he was always willing to talk about all the properties and answered all my questions about them. He wrote a very nice contract that actually saved me from one of the properties with an open litigation on them. At the end, the final property that i secured was high in demand and the seller had several offers, but some of the finer things Rashad had in his contract tilted the deal in my favor. The appraisal came through and in the end it was a win-win scenario for all. He was truly rooting for my success during the entire process.
