Ms. Valles was the greatest ; both me and my husband work and have very busy life after work due to the extracurricular activities of our children. 8 years ago as a newlywed couple we made the bold decision of buying a house. Bold because the only certain thing we knew back then it was that we wanted a house, with doors and preferably windows as well. Someone recommended Raquel and we didn't even hesitate, we trusted her blindly. She walked us through the entire process, stood with us, answered all of our questions, put up with our demands and got us to the finish line. We spent 8 wonderful years in a house she helped us get. We filled that house with furniture, a couple kids, memories and a whole lot of love; to the point where the house felt small and we needed a place to keep growing. With a bittersweet feeling, we decided it was time to move on. Going back to Raquel was a no brainer. We called her and to our surprise, she remembered us and treated us like it was only yesterday she helped us get our first home and she was so adamant to help us again. You can tell she is happy for you and is not only there to get her commission. She genuinely cares about her clients and makes your path her path. Maybe someday our family will grow so much that we are in need to transform another house into a home and there may be many questions to answer then, but at least we will know who our realtor will be. Bonus points because she got me and my wife McDonalds for breakfast!!
