"I actually sold a home and purchased one within the same time period. Raquel made it extremely easy. 95% of the forms that I had to sign were esigned, meaning no printing, signing, scanning or faxing. This made the process a breeze for both properties. She knew the area and what the buyers would pay, knew how to negotiate was always extremely professional. She was present for both closings and made sure everything was correct. She will be the only one I call in the future for buying or selling."
