This is the 2nd home I've purchased using Randy and his team and the 2nd experience was even better than the 1st. The previous owner in this house left a LOT of stuff in the garage and basement that I said had to be removed prior to me taking ownership. When the owner wouldn't do it Michelle (the agent I worked with on Randy's team) did it herself! If I knew she was doing it I would have done it myself. She also helped me find the perfect home in a really tight market. I believe it was about one month from when we first saw it to closing. Hard working, knowledgeable, kind and genuinely good, caring people. You will not go wrong using these folks.
