Randy Miller made selling our Clarkston home about as smooth as I could have hoped for. I was managing the whole sale remotely as an out-of-area seller, and Randy handled everything on the ground so I never felt out of the loop. His communication was excellent throughout, always quick to respond and clear about where things stood. He priced the home well and put together a marketing effort that got it in front of the right buyers fast, and we had an offer within about a week of listing. Where Randy really went above and beyond was after the offer came in. He helped me sort through punch list items, coordinated contractors for some minor improvements the buyers wanted done following the inspection, and made the whole process manageable from a distance. He even met the inspector onsite and was there for the appraisal, which gave me real peace of mind as a remote seller. When it came time to negotiate, he worked hard to protect our interests and get the deal done on good terms. If you want an agent who is responsive, strategic, and genuinely on your side, I'd recommend Randy without hesitation.
